3 Inch - 2.031 x 3.075 Has only one hole

4 inch - 2.776 x 4.10 Has only one hole

6 inch - 4.163 x 6.15 Has only one hole

8 inch - 7.812 x8.300

12 inch - 11.359 x 12.25

 Remove the protective film slowly before pressing. Press hard 400 temp for 60 sec.
